Toller, erlebnisreicher Abend! Leckeres Essen in gemütlicher Runde….🔝

back to a time full of mystery and wonder!
Steffano di Pannoptico
He has truly been a herald and minstrel in our halls since 2016. Steffano even manages to teach the biggest blockhead how to play medieval music on the fanfare.
Matricaria
Since 2014, our bard Matricaria has been enchanting our guests with her lute and powerful voice.
She is a passionate musician and lives by the motto: “Omnia pro Musica” (All for Music).
Magd Cathrin
For over 30 years, and with plenty of good cheer, our maid Cathrin has ensured that our guests’ stomachs are always well-filled and that the jugs never remain empty for long.
Wimsal / wimsal.de
The juggler Wimsal has a talent for fire and sword juggling. Since 2016, he has delighted our guests with his skills. Wimsal: “Danger doesn’t come from sword and fire, but from encountering oneself.”
Bruder Schlaf
Brother Sleep is a bard, minstrel, and a true jack-of-all-trades in our halls. With puppetry, theater, stories, and a large dose of mischief, he captivates young and old alike.
Hans Marquardt
We promise you: Our bard Hans will get everyone singing along! His cheerful nature and his singing will bring a smile to every guest’s face. Hans: “Sing now – if you have the gift of song!”

Information about the dining area and procedures
To participate in the Tafelrunde discussion, tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets can be presented digitally or physically on site.
Our tickets are not personalized and therefore transferable. Rebookings are only possible in conjunction with a previously purchased rebooking option.
Unused tickets expire and are non-refundable.
To redeem vouchers from Tafelrunde, please follow the instructions on our website under the “Vouchers” menu item.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed on-site under any circumstances. Any costs incurred through a booking at Tafelrunde must be paid by the guest on-site.
Please note: As of October 1, 2024, we no longer work with Jochen Schweizer or MyDays. Due to the termination of our partnership, vouchers from the JSMD Group can no longer be redeemed at Tafelrunde. For questions regarding refunds and rebookings of JSMD Group vouchers, please contact JSMD Support.
Tickets booked together or under the same name will automatically be seated together. All other seating requests must be submitted in advance.
Depending on availability, you may be seated at a table with other guests.
We generally try to keep groups together and sit them together.
The Tafelrunde has a maximum capacity of 120 seats. Normally, 100 seats are available for regular online ticket sales. Therefore, even if an event is sold out, individual seats may become available later.
Available seats, as well as exclusive bookings, can be requested by phone or email.
The Tafelrunde is located on the ground floor of a Berlin apartment building and is therefore unfortunately not fully accessible. There is a step of approximately 10 cm at both the entrance and the toilets. The entrance door has a 90 cm wide opening, and the doors to the toilet cubicles are 75 cm wide.
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair-accessible toilet available.
Every August, the Tafelrunde closes for its summer break. We are not open during this time, allowing our jesters, bards, servants, and maids a well-deserved rest. Details about our opening days can be found in our ticket calendar.
For larger groups (20 people or more), we also open the Tafelrunde on our regularly closed days upon request.
Information about your visit
The Tafelrunde regularly opens at 6:00 PM. On select days during the Advent season, the Tafelrunde opens at noon.
The banquet, combined with the show, is scheduled for 3.5 hours, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM or from noon to 4:00 PM. The lunchtime meal is just as engaging as the evening meal.
Each ticket to the Tafelrunde includes the set menu, an aperitif, and the performance by our jugglers and bards.
The Tafelrunde restaurant is located at Nachodstraße 21 in 10779 Berlin.
The company headquarters and postal address of Tafelrunde Gaststättenbetriebs GmbH are located at Grunewaldstraße 11 in 12165 Berlin.
The Tafelrunde is located in a residential area of Berlin. Parking is therefore only available on the street, subject to availability and with a valid parking ticket from the public parking management system. Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces.
The Spichernstraße U-Bahn station is 300 meters away and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Lines 3 and 9 stop there.
Birthdays can be announced when purchasing tickets via the free “Birthday Surprise” option. By booking this option, the birthday person will receive a special surprise.
The child ticket is valid for children aged 0 to 11 years inclusive. Children aged 12 and older must participate in the roundtable discussion with an adult ticket.
Our program is also suitable for children; however, we would like to point out that things can get a bit loud and boisterous at the roundtable.
Medieval clothing is always welcome, but not required. We also welcome you in regular street clothes.
Blunt knives and similar items that are part of the outfit are acceptable. Pointed objects, sharp blades, and weapons are forbidden at the Tafelrunde.
Traditionally, at the Tafelrunde, food is eaten with the Tafelrunde dagger and with the hands. Each guest also receives a large cloth to clean their hands and protect their clothing.
Cutlery is not used at the Tafelrunde.
Due to the lead time we need to prepare and plan the show and menu, we cannot accept last-minute cancellations or refunds.
For bookings made through the ticketing system, the following cancellation policy applies: Every booking is binding upon confirmation by Tafelrunde and obligates payment. Subsequent cancellations are not possible.
Tickets are non-refundable and can only be rebooked with a rebooking option purchased during the original booking process. Rebookings are possible up to 48 hours before the event.
Cancellation policies may differ for bookings made outside the ticketing system. Please refer to your event contract or cost assumption form for details.
In the event of cancellation by Tafelrunde Gaststättenbetriebs GmbH, all payments already made will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Compensation for damages is excluded.
